Taylor Made RAC OS 2?
I think to get the clubs from Taylor Made RAC OS2. I am an intermediate player who needs a little more control on my plate. Right now I'm looking to get new shoes because my Ping Eye 2's (red dot) does not conform to the majority. After talking with some of professional golf shop, the consensus is that the back cavity plate are almost the same except for difft. types of metals and tree. That's why I'm attracted by the RAC by the price tag of $ 400. However, it seems that the tree in the thesis of the iron board is more suited to a slow swing. You think it's ideal for ITC and the tree replace True Temper Gold? Or what would you recommend a different path?
My suggestion is to find and definitely go to a professional shop that has an indoor range and hit some different sets. Hitting a 5i or 6i a long iron and short iron (3i and 8i). Your primary goal should be to make the shots outside the center of each group to assess how it feels to make solid contact. Then try to find one you like used or not. It is simply cheaper and unless you go three or four times a week or more, and compete in the AMS is just a waste of money to buy a new one. Also, if you will buy again, you must spend the fifty dollars and prepare everything anyway. The tree ... the differece is felt more than distance. The difference is 10 meters away from the rigid shaft at the other, up or down. Solid Ball striking is the larger. There, however, just get a set that allows to feel a strong shot in the best way you want to feel. If it is twenty thousand dollars or thats what is more important. I hope that helps.
