#4 correct answer is E. he will not buy a car right away.

The salesman has lost the customers trust because he is trying to sell the Bonneville based on it's reliability, yet it has been recalled for defects twice. contradicting what he is saying, So he will not buy the Bonneville because he can't be certain of it's reliability, and he will not ignore the recalls as flukes. As for the positive aspects of the car he will only focus on the recall issue. The sale is lost, the salesman has been discredited.
#5 correct answer is d cognitive dissonance
He wants the clubs but can't decide if it is the right thing to do. He knows that he should consider his families needs before his own. And is hesitating on purchasing the clubs, because he knows it is the wrong choice.
